Visible mending involves using materials and methods that make a feature out of the repair.

This is the kind of method I will suggest for any repairs that aren't structural.

Good as New

This method means I'll do what's needed to get the product back to its original condition & potentially strengthening it to ensure the repair isn't needed again anytime soon.

Free Repairs!

Bombus offers free repairs for life on all Bombus bags & clothing to ensure it lasts you a lifetime.

In 2025, I'm also trialling a free repair service for non-Bombus items. I'll be taking on a max of 5 free projects a month, prioritising repairs for those most in need.

When filling out the repair service form, outline why you need to utilise this service and I'll get back to you ASAP to let you know if I am able to repair your item(s) for free!

How It Works

1. You fill out this form with details of your items & the repairs needed. Please provide as many photos as possible.

2. I'll be in touch via email to discuss the repair & what's possible. Unless it's one of Bombus' free repairs, all repairs start at £25/item.

3. Once we are both happy with the repair plans, a Royal Mail QR code will be provided for the item(s) to be sent to me.

4. The repair will be completed within 10 working days of receiving the item(s) unless stated otherwise when discussing the repairs.

5. If there is a payment required, item(s) will be sent back to you with full tracking once payment is made.

Please note Bombus does not repair shoes, knitwear, crochet or leather and reserves the right to deny a repair.
